I have nothing but good things to say about TB law, I’ve been in the program for a little over 2 years and I’m making a ton of progress, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, remember it’s up to YOU to make it happen with their help!

Overall: This is a great program for certain people. Do I think its for everyone? No. Do I think its for people with decent or better than average income? Yes. So far I have settled 3 out of 5 of my accounts and have saved $5,767 over three accounts - and thats after paying their settlement fees/monthly bank fees. What it comes down to is this - tons of people are crying about their credit score taking a hit, but they specifically explain the entire process to you before you agree to sign up. They TELL you its going to take a hit, and that it will be rough for a few months, and that after a year or two it will start to climb back up. That is entirely accurate, as mine has done that. The problem comes down to the consumer, based on what I'm seeing on these reviews. You knew what you were signing up for and ignored it, hoping for some miracle solution. This isnt that, this is a program that helps you pay off debt at lower costs - if you play ball. Every extra dollar you get throw into that account. Any chance you get increase your monthly deposit. I have gone from initial deposit of 500 to almost 1000, and it is helping a ton. The program isnt a fix all without you doing your part and actually attempting to pay off your debt. Yes their fees are high, but you have to look at the net, and for me the net is Ive saved almost 6k in fees. Yeah my credit was botched originally, but thats what I expected and at the time I definitely didnt need more debt so bad credit was fine. The only reason that I'm giving 4 stars is because the attorney I was assigned is a bit scattered on communication when it came to my court summons for one account, and their portal takes forever to actually clear the money you deposit even though it leaves your account the day you post it... but overall I think it's a decent program. I say exhaust all other options if you're scared about your credit, but if you've done that give them a shot. I already have new credit cards and my score is nearly where it was before - but thats only because Im throwing money at them whenever I can. That lack of willpower that got you in debt needs to go out the window when you sign up for this and you need to attack it with everything you can.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST (Wish NO stars was a choice)!!!! Heed every single negative review that is posted. Truth be told, even the negative reviews offer more than they deserve and it is disgusting that they are continuing to do this to clients. I am very close to someone who used their services and just like all of the other reviews have said, they blamed the client versus admitting their mistake and then dropped the account telling them that they basically have to figure it out on their own....(after speaking with the creditor, it was confirmed that they did not communicate with the creditor's legal team as they should have, they spoke to the creditor and got the account closed but neglected follow up with the legal team which has resulted in accounts being frozen, assets seized and leaving their client high and dry, PITIFUL). BBB is in the very near future and all documentation will be taken to another attorney for review because Breach of Contract and Legal Malpractice are very real and this is unacceptable and down right SHAMEFUL. I genuinely do not know how these people sleep at night or even continue to be able to stay in business. UPDATE: Sad that they responded to this initial review and clearly did not read it thoroughly since I clearly stated that I am close to someone who used their services.....NOT A CLIENT (thank God given what I watched unfold with the individual that I know that actually used their services).
