Starting off well; however I am finding it difficult to obtain assistance when I need it,ie talking to a lawyer about a case where I might be sued over a large debt

I am satisfied with the way Turnbull has helped me get out of debt !!!

SCAM COMPANY They do not deserve even a 1 star. After 2 years and $7,500 later they have resolved 1 account which was one of the lesser debts. I have had 2 civil lawsuits filed against me. When I joined this program all debts was in good standing with no late fees now everything has doubled in late fees. They tried to tell me that things continue to draw interest but all interest fees are included in the payments. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A FRAUD

If I could I would give zero stars. You’re better off negotiating your settlements yourself. Luckily I caught the scam of the settlement fees before they worked on my final account. Basically all the money they “save” you in your debt reduction they turn around and charge you themselves in fees. Not worth it at all. Take the L to your credit score and settle your accounts yourself when you can. This program was essentially a scam and saved me almost no money.

I don’t know where else to turn at this point. I’ve been with Turnbull for 13 months and secured a consolidation loan back in March through Achieve. Turnbull negotiated all but one of my debts and Achieve paid those off. I have one settlement in “active negotiation” since March and have received no information whatsoever. I had a sheriff come to my door last week to serve me and collect assets for this creditor. I have contacted Turnbull and my “attorney” multiple times over the last week with NO reply at all! I have the loan secured to pay this debt off and I am getting nowhere because the attorney at Turnbull will not contact me! And they keep taking money out of my account bi-weekly! I have no resolution!
