I was not behind on any bills. I received a email stating I qualify for the program. It wasn't until I signed up I realized it wasn't. All the accounts went into late status then default. When I asked about not paying, I was told not too. I was told they all were being negotiated. My credit dropped to about 200-300. I would recommend you find another avenue if you are not behind...
