I had close to $16,000.00 in credit card debt and was making payments but it did not seem my balance was going down. Researched my options and Turnbull came up. Called and spoke with them in October 2020. Sent all my debt in and signed the paperwork. It is now August 2024 and the entire amount of $16,000.00 has been resolved. There are certain things you need to do, yourself and things to be aware of, to make this successful. 1. The first 6 months - 1 year you will be receiving calls and letters from creditors. Turnbull does not reach out to all your creditors at one time letting them know you are in the program. They do this on per card basis. Do not be discouraged about this. This will affect your credit rating. Please be aware of that. 2. If and when you receive threatening letters or any other communication from your creditors send them to Turnbull. Their website makes it very simple to upload documentation you receive. I know I sent many to them during the four years. I even received one that stated they were suing me. I had to pick up the paperwork from the courthouse and send it in. In no time I was contacted by one of the Turnbull lawyers and they was able to get it resolved for me. 3. If you can, make extra deposits. This will help them negotiate with your creditors faster. I started out paying $300.00 a month and was able to up that to $325.00 a month and make 2 extra deposits throughout the 4 years. 4. Their customer service team is top notch. They will answer any questions you may have in a professional manner. They are not lawyers, so for those issues you will be referred to one of theirs. 5. When they do reach an agreement with a creditor you will get a text and email asking if you agree with the agreement. Respond ASAP, so they can get it processed quicker. Again, I highly recommend using Turnbull.

I strongly urge potential clients to be cautious. Do not place your trust in Turnbull Law Group. It is far more effective to negotiate directly with your creditors than to engage with Turnbull Law Group. They do not deserve even a single star. This experience has caused me unnecessary stress, anxiety, and sleepless nights as I came to realize just how much they were taking from me under the guise of “helping.” Where do I even begin with Turnbull Law Group? From the outset, I fell victim to their aggressive sales tactics. I enrolled two loans from Lending Club through their services, despite never having missed a payment in my life to any creditors My initial motivation was to address what I perceived as overcharges by Lending Club. After paying $22,000 on a $37,500 loan, I was shocked to find that I still owed $34,000. The second loan was for $10,000. Seeking relief, I turned to Turnbull Law Group. They addressed the second loan first, which was originally for $10,000. I had already paid Lending Club 75% of that amount, yet I still owed $6,500. Turnbull negotiated this down to $3,550. At first, this seemed like a favorable outcome. However, after paying Turnbull $3,075 over three months, they only made a payment of $150 toward my loan. The remaining funds were absorbed as fees, leaving me with a balance of $3,400 still owed on that loan. This raises a critical question: where was the benefit to me in this arrangement? Industry standards for debt reduction typically range between 30% to 45%, yet Turnbull settled my debt at 53%. This is a figure I could have easily negotiated on my own, thereby saving myself $1,800 in fees. My stress escalated as I realized that Turnbull Law Group was profiting from my financial difficulties rather than alleviating them. The so-called “25% fee” for settling my debt is misleading. Let’s break down the math: - The original debt enrolled was $6,500, and they settled it for $3,500—a reduction of 53%. - If they saved me $3,000 through negotiation, a 25% fee should equate to $750, not $1,875. - Even if you calculate 25% of the reduced amount ($3,500), it should only amount to $875. - Considering the original balance of $6,500, even with 25% fees, the figure should only be $1,650. So, where exactly are these excessive fees coming from? It's incredibly frustrating to witness an organization taking advantage of vulnerable clients. Turnbull Law Group appears to prioritize their fees over genuinely addressing the debts of their clients. Despite paying them for three months, they did virtually nothing until they finally began making minimal payments to my creditors. Overall, it feels as though they’ve taken my money without providing any real service. please beware.

My wife and I went to this “Lawyer” William Quinceno, first he is not professional at all, we gave him the details for our case, he’s straight answer was just “No” “nothing we can do” he didn’t even try to have any explanation, we should have know for this to stay away but we needed a lawyer for a different reason so we decided to go with him, not a good decision, after he started the case he was even more rude, first he would only talk about how much he was going to charge us and he didn’t want to answer any questions until we made a payment, he was more an enemy rather than our lawyer, we ended up dropping him and get someone else, this guy not only wasted our money but our time too.

Horrible!! Do not get involved with these people. I never write reviews but I am today because I want to save people from the stress I’m going thru. To make a long story short, I enrolled last year and didn’t have an issue until June of 2024 when two of my accounts that were already in dispute filed a law suit against me and started deductions from my paycheck.. I called 28 times in 35 days to find out why deductions were happening and to have them stoped and I have yet to receive a call, email, text or any type of contact from this law firm, today is 7/31. I kept calling to let them know I couldn’t continue my payments because of the deductions and instead of reaching out to me they dropped me from the program without notice.( keep in mind no one has reached out to me, I only found out because I logged in to my client dashboard and it was blank, the customer service rep advised me of my termination) . all I wanted to know was why there were deductions on accounts that had been enrolled for over a year?! . I now have to go drain my savings to go hire a real lawyer to go take care of this issue.. if I could give negative starts I would.. if you are enrolled with them I hope you don’t have David gold or Daniel k on your case.. the customer service reps were all great, but everyone else involved in my case , shame on you!

My experience so far has been great. I talked to a representative first and gave her my information. Next my attorney called on a video chat. Me and my wife got to actually see our attorney that would be working for us. We started this process in February and I got my first settlement offer in July.
