In September of 2020 I received a summons for a hearing in Cook County Chicago, Illinois. I was walking across 87th st to my car, when i was struck 2ce by a car speeding and looking back while on the phone.. It turns out, she had NO INSURANCE.. I spent 6 weeks in hospital.. When i was released, i sought an attorney for advice.. I was told by atty Henderson that i definately needed an atty.. i trusted him , subsequently , He stole $37,000.00 from me, and will not return my calls... he told me in our 1st meeting that i needed him , so i signed on with him... the truth was, my insurance co was paying me period because legally they had to, and the thief atty knew it.. he will not take my calls now, so i'm gonntake him to court, and my home is in forclosure while he does not even return 1 call...
