I've had to deal with period, she helped me to believe that I had an opportunity to win my case, and I do believe she will make that happen because she never gives up. I feel lucky to have found her. I only wish I found her sooner. Young helped me with my mom's green card application. She was always responsive, providing many helpful suggestion including reviewing drafts of letters. She and her entire stuff is very empathetic and understood what was important for us. Attorney Jonathan Bedi is definitely a must hire! Attorney took on my case after speaking with my family about taking another route with another attorney. From day one Attorney Bedi promised me he would do all he can to help me get out the legal situation I was in and to just trust and listen to him. (Wasn’t always easy for me) but when I did things went just as he said they would. Jonathan kept me in informed at all times with the good news or the bad news. He was always reachable and if he missed your call he would follow up. What legal issues did Attorney Bedi help with? A question that someone reading this may ask. For four years I face charges that carried up to 30 years in prison with no less than 20 years. Multiple felony charges ( 11 to be exact with all but one class X). Bogus case. Charges all overly charges and Attorney Bedi was able to see that. But this case last almost 4 years. After all the talking with the state from the team, the state came with an offer that was dropping all the felonies expect 1 and after talking to Attorney Bedi I trusted him enough to deny that (which is a win to some from the outside looking in). Attorney understood all I had on the line. Even I said that was a good deal as well because it was no jail time involved just 2 years probation after looking at up to 30 years in prison. During the case I was placed on a ankle monitor Attorney Bedi asked me to be patient and he will handle it. And after I listened he handled it and he got the ankle monitor removed. I got in some issues during the 4 yrs that caused me to get 2 more misdemeanor charges also and Attorney Bedi took on those cases for me as well. After 4 years of going back and forth to court, on zoom calls, and dealing with the stress on the case came the month of May 2024. I witnessed Attorney Bedi do exactly what he said to me back in Jan 2021. With his experience and expertise he was able to get ALL CHARGES DROPPED ALL 11 class felonies dismissed ( CLASS X). From day one I told Attorney Bedi I did not do this, this is crazy, and I can’t accept anything for something I know I did not do. He fought for me him and his team. Not to mention I actually seem Attorney stand up for me in court after we was lied to by the states attorney about dropping the charges. That meant a lot. Let me not forget those 2 misdemeanors classes. Those cases were also DROPPED AND DISMISSED. Attorney Bedi not only stop me from going to prison for something I did not do, he beat the cases so I have nothing required afterwards other then to never find myself in this situation again.
