“Fees are too expensive. While Turnbull is negotiating with your creditors and that time is going by, their constantly taken out $177 ever”

“Cancelled the program bc of the high interest rates the company gets when I realized I can negotiate on my own for free. They kept my remaining balance in my dedicated account after I was told by two different agents on two separate days I would receive the refund in 7 days. Never got it and had inquiry sent to supervisor who never called back.”
