My wife and I used Lavelle Law for our recent condominium purchase and could not be happier with the process. Chance Badertscher was a delight to work with. He and the rest of the team were very professional, responsive and handled everything to the point that we were totally relaxed and comfortable with everything from negotiations to closing. He went out of his way to answer all questions and reach out after the closing to make sure everything was satisfactory with the new home. Chance was the absolute best! He was super responsive, helped explain every question I had about our contract, and was even there for us when there were some problems with our mortgage lender. He made phone calls to the right people, figured out what was going on, and solved the issue. We wouldn't have been able to close on that day if it weren't for Chance! Thank you so much! Thurston law firm was incredibly helpful from beginning to end. Filing for bankruptcy sounds very daunting but it's nothing to be ashamed about. Chance is the man. He helped my wife and I through the home buying process. He was very responsive and helped us push back with the sellers when needed. He's not a guy who sits on his hands, processes paperwork, and waits to collect a check at closing. He's proactive and looks to get you the best deal possible. We felt super comfortable with the process because we had Chance on our team. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.
