Dedicated, responsive, and effective legal representation
“David and his team is awesome I was facing a class d felony criminal damage to property a (domestic situation) and was arrested and placed on house arrest. Being a mother of four children my funds are limited,I cannot have a felony on my record. David and his team was very patient and worked with me made it to every court date answered every question never made me feel like my case wasnt a priority.”

“David and Izzy are both great to work with, I've had them represent me in a few cases now and they all ended in my favor. Very Profesional and extremely helpful. I would never call another attorney besides David Smith if I am in need of one.”
3
Excellent communication and transparency
“The entire Team of Chicago Trusted Attorneys had been a total lifesaver personally, as I attempted to keep my career & family in tact during a barrage of unforeseeable circumstances within the last year & a half of my Life. They are by far the most professional attorney organization in the Chicagoland Region.”
4
Successful case outcomes and dismissals
“David and Chicago Trusted Attorneys is the best. They treated me well, won my case, and believed in me! I highly recommend.”
5
Compassion and understanding for clients
“David Smith and his team at Chicago Trusted Attorneys saved my brother's life. My brother was accused of possession of a narcotic, intent to deliver narcotics, delivery of narcotics, and possession of a firearm for two separate cases, one of which he was accused of while he was on probation. He was facing fifteen years in prison. David and his team stuck with us through this very trying time (from the beginning to the end), he made the court process transparent and cohesive, and most importantly my brother got out of this ordeal with only 2.5 years of probation, 10 days of community service, and NO PRISON TIME.”
Cons
1
High legal fees for some clients
“Little expensive but results will be in your favor.”
2
Lack of willingness to take cases to trial in some instances
“David told him he was not willing to take his case to trail because he was worried about his reputation as a lawyer and was not willing to take a loss in this case. What lawyer would say this... He numerously asked his client, if we take it to trial what would be our defense, umm.. aren't you hired to help your client look upon the weaknesses of the case and try to beat it?”
