Piss poor service from this firm. They will lie to get you setup for a consultation and then tell you information you may already know. I was told that they supported cases in Texas and then during consultation the lawyer from their firm Mr. Shell wasn't able to help with Texas cases and offered to find referrals within the office. No follow up and no answer after emails and phone calls. Research other firms supporting your needs and don't use Leving's services.

Reviews that describe the treacherous behavior of this firm are deleted. Beware. Edit: Eight years later, I have not and cannot see ever recovering from the theft he crafted. Update: He still hasn't asked forgiveness for conspiracy with the judge and an outside atty. He probably will sue me for collection.

This law firm is good at one thing. Taking your money. I spent over $100,000 with this law firm over 18 months and they weren’t even able to secure me a parenting time hearing to see my son. Now they are taking on malpractice and injury claims. Makes sense as they are essentially debt collectors for their own clients who owe them money, that now they’d be chasing ambulances and doctors. This place is good at one thing. Advertising. Jefferey Leving doesn’t even represent any clients. Save you’re money and go with a smaller law firm that costs less and has the time to represent you. Half the time you’re lawyer won’t even show up to a hearing and they’ll send some other lawyer to fill in who has no idea what’s going on with your case. Run from these slime balls. All they do is prey on desperate fathers. Don’t fall victim to good advertising. They’re all sizzle and NO steak!

I went to Mr Leving offices in 2017 and sat down with one of his Lawer and talk about the ways he could pursue my cases he gave me two options. I decided on one of the option and was going to go through with it but I came to a different way to pursue my cases so I let the lawer know that I would get back in touch when I was ready to pursue each case witch I gave them $5000. Of $10,000 that they was charging me. I call back in 2022 thinking that I had money up on my cases then someone in there office call me to say two or three phone call that was made in my behalf was worth my 5,000 crazy. Jeffrey Leving go on our Radio station every week talking about he fights for father’s right but my experience is he have a bunch of lawer that crooks. My experience with this low firm or any other that you have to pay up front they are crooks.

I have no idea who this attorney is calling my phone looking for a person whom used to have the same number. Literally got into a shouting match on the phone because I told him that this is not that persons number anymore and has still continued to call and leave 4-5 messages a day even with my name on the voicemail he still calls. Very disrespectful and rude. Idk what their business is like but due to the ignorant behavior just over the phone I wouldn't waste 2 pennies on this firm.

I paided the $125 to Consult about a simple modification of parenting time and was told it's a $7500 retainer fee ...That is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable...Thank you for your time .
