I've had great experience with Michael Salamun from Jeffery Leving's firm. I have worked with him a handful of times. He has helped me with contract negotiations. GAL Michael Ian Bende Needs To Be Disbarred Now! For His Fraudulent legal statements, about the mother. And endorsing COIVD-19 is a weapon against citizens. We as citizens need protection from lawyers and judges Michael Ian Bende is a perfect example of the need for this protection. Bende's own damming statements are enough to have him disbarred. Yes, I am pro-vaccination and my husband died of COVID-19. Bende believes Mother having her rights to a child taken is ok for that fact the mother being unvaccinated ( that is a decision between mother and her doctor )was not the real reason the judge made this is the decision. The "judge did quickly reserve his decision " This is Bendes own words when he made statements to the press" the judge may have been concerned about the boy’s safety and used the vaccination question to force a cooling-off period."He was seeing something that clearly said to him, ‘There is an endangerment to the child right now.’ And we’re gonna act on it," Bender said. Bender must be removed as GAL and be disbarred. Again making COIVD-19 a weapon against citizens. This is my original post when the first story broke: Jeffrey Leving MUST be disbarred now !!! Jeffery Leving supports Judge James A. Shapiro's ruling taking a mother's rights to her son because the mother who is not vaccinated is FASCIST and SICK. I am Pro Vaccine. I am Vaccinated. My Husband Died of COVID-19. The decision to be vaccinated is between the Mother and her Doctor's period. James A. Shapiro Must Be Removed From The Bench Now! This action and ruling By James A. Shapiro and Jeffery Leving support of the Judge's actions and ruling will have people who are not vaccinated become even more entrenched in their decision not to get vaccinated. Thus even more COVID-19 needless and unnecessary deaths. Citizens need protection from Lawyers and Judges! That being said PLEASE TALK WITH YOUR DOCTOR ABOUT GETTING VACCINATED. I hired this law firm to mitigate my divorce, I learned the hard and expensive way that thus law firm is all about maximizing there profit, bleeding you dry of your money. They don't care what is your best interest or your child's. The charge you for things that you didn't approve of or even worse for things they didn't even do. They are persistent on calling you to pay the bill every single day whit no grace period. If you wanna waste your money and time then this is the firm to hire.
