I had a terrible experience with the Law Offices of Jeffery Leving. They prey on less fortunate individuals and charge for services that were never provided. I received an unreasonable bill that made me feel like I was robbed without a gun. This firm is only in it for the money. I strongly advise against using their services and believe they should be investigated for billing for incomplete work.

I am grateful to have Michael Ochoa representing me in my divorce case. Thus far Michael and the team at the Law Offices of Jeffrey M Leving have effectively protected my relationship with my toddler and nearly secured equitable parenting rights long term. While expensive, I feel safe with my representation, and Michael takes clear actions to pursue efficient case resolution.

All they care about is money. They do not care about dad's rights as they claim. they extremely overcharge, drag on the case as long as possible, ignore calls and emails for months at a time until threatened to be reported to the bar, and they charge even when absolutely nothing happened that month for "review of the case" all while ignoring the client. they missed deadlines for filings and continued the case as many times as possible against my wishes. my attorney purposely went against my wishes and did not reveal information needed to close the case, and then argued with the judge about having to reveal that information that I told him to reveal, causing the case to be dismissed, which forced me to refile a new motion. what should have been a year max in court, they managed to drag on for 8 years, and it was 7 years until I was reunited with my son. This is a money hungry, unethical law firm that should not be allowed to practice law.
