Don't use these lawyers. All good reviews are fake. They will over charge you and will leave you broke.

Attorneys Eric Hartig and Les Poole, along with the other members of the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving, have been crucial in an extremely complex post-decree custody battle involving parental alienation. During the most difficult moments when I was struggling personally, they always found a way to ease my mind and remind me that my child's well-being was paramount. Their dedication, concern and attention to detail is second to none.

I am considering filing for divorce. I called the office and spoke to Marta, she was great and walked me through the steps I would need to take. As I am so scared of this process, she made me feel so comfortable and was so informative and helpful. I will definitely use this law firm when I am ready to move forward.

SKIP this place. I can write here 2 pages of how they used 10k retainer and more $$$ and did nothing. But the point is save yourself from unnecessary headache and save your money, as it will feel like you throwing money in fire pit.

Please don’t go here if your father!!! It cost me almost $60,000. And we couldn’t resolve anything!! $60,000 in 4 months!!! The best part is that my ex wife didn’t have a lawyer the last 2 months. Imagine your lawyer charge you $550 an hour and you ex wife didn’t have a lawyer and your still losing money. I always wonder why on the fist visit he made my brother sign a paper. It was just in case I couldn’t pay for the full amount he was about to charge me. Every court they will use 3 Lawyers to go agains someone that didn’t have one. I hire another lawyer and I was able to resolve my case for under $10,000. It’s sad that he take advantage of fathers. Oooo he will be on your partner side telling you to not make her mad and do everything she say or she can find an association and take more money from you. This was my experience as a father. Please don’t here! I care for all father and don’t want lawyers to take advantage of ppl.

Waste of money

Anthony a.k.a Tony the Great came through for my boyfriend when no one else could. Everyone else wanted to charge an arm & leg & give us the runaround when it came to our case but he got right down to business & found a solution! We greatly appreciate him & the entire company. God Bless this law office!

If giving a negative zero was an option I would. The tv and radio ads are false and deceiving. They sent two attorneys (not requested) and not only were they ill-prepared, they were extremely inept in handling the case. They overcharged to the point of criminality. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. They are a ripoff and I pray there is a class action lawsuit soon and monies be returned to clients.
