Great attorneys.

Elman and Joseph trial lawyers are absolutely amazing! They were super attentive from start to finish and resolved my case quickly. I highly recommend them to anyone who's been in a car accident and needs help with their injury claim. They're the best!

This is one of the worse places for your case to land. They don't care about helping their clients. They are unfair and will sale you out in a heart beat.

I was transferred to this law firm from another in 2021 where my case finally was settled December 2023. This law firm added copious amounts of litigation costs and said I had to sign and agree to them because I had no choice. They charged for depositions and charged me for the medication conference as well as took their third. Don't go with this firm they will nickel and dime you and tell you that you should be grateful. Do your research on these firms and read the contract and ask questions because they will scream you.

My case was passed on to Elman Law Group from Lerner & Rowe. Both law firms are very unprofessional. My personal injury case had been in their possession from 01/2020 until 12/2022 with no resolution. I was asked numerous of times to resend documents that had previously been submitted. A former secretary name Sophia, sent me an email requesting for my personal information. I called the law firm and asked "why is Sophia requesting for my personal information," I was told "she is no longer employed with Elman law." But, yet she still had access to Elman Law Group LLC business email. It was during this suspicious"RED FLAG" where I tried to fire the attorney @ Elman Law to seek legal counseling elsewhere. Unfortunately, I was unable to do so! The attorney Anthony Elman, known as “Tony,” withdrew from my case in December 2022, around 8:30pm via text message "I am withdrawing from your case find another attorney ASAP." At this point the one year Statute of Limitation had already expired, which the legal counselor was very much aware. The law firm nor the attorney himself did not care about my well-being.. No other law firm will counsel me regarding my Personl Injury due to the expired "The Statue of Limitation," the damage done to the case, along with dates currently set in place from the defendants counselor. When I called the office none of the individuals could provide me with an updated status regarding my case. Both parties; Elman Joseph Law Group LLC, along with Lerner & Rowe Law firm should be held responsible in finding me an Attorney to finish my case. As a taxpayer, law abiding citizen of the United States. I am dishearten how I was mishandled as a woman of color by all parties involved. I personally feel like this was an unfair prejudicial discrimation act directed toward a certain group of people such as myself. The treatment I received was a form of unethical behavior from all parties that was involved. As an individual this form of behavior is unacceptable to any human being. The behavior of attorney Tony Elman/both parties was a malicious act of negligence, cruelty, misconduct, & misrepresentation to me as a client.
