Racist, unprofessional, tacky, unorganized and discrimination is big here!!! They will treat you as you are less then and will destroy your case be careful and mindful. Update: you actually withdrew after I called you out for sending new contracts that cut out my referral. Once I questioned you and your team about it Mr. Fredrick Joseph JR. informed me that I wasn’t a lawyer and didn’t understand the process which I did. I worked with honest and professional law firms that were plain any more information. Unlike your firm you was thinking about getting extra money and not the case. You actually lied on the referral law firm multiple times and didn’t even collect the information properly. It shouldn’t have you from October to February to get itemized bills or medical records, car accident reports and or therapy. The referral law firm already had all of that and yet you can’t even call anyone back correctly. Don’t worry my statement is backed up with evidence that will be present to the state bar. Good day

I started working with Robert (lead attorney) a couple years back when he decided to take my case. The first 2 lawyers I went through told me they couldn’t do anything because of the complexity and nature of my accident. Robert and his team have been ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. I thought lawyer ambulance chasers were something fictional like better call saul, but the elman group proved me wrong. Joe Elman was responsive initially in getting my case but after I signed the retainer the quality went WAY down. Lack of clear and effective communication between the office, Elman, and the clerks. Elman is rude, he was annoyed or couldn't be bothered whenever I had questions or requested updates. Had to send documents relevant to my case multiple times to the office b/c they were either lost or not organized. Seems like the office has a lot of staff turnover because I talked to multiple clerks and lawyers in my personal injury case that had no idea what was happening and weren't at the office by the end. Find a different Law office group that has compassion and professionalism for their clients.
