Pros

Excellent trial attorneys who are highly skilled and dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for their clients
“Tony and his team gets a Five star from me hands down. They respectfully communicated with me every step of the way had trial everything went great. I will recommend ELMAN LAW GROUP TO ANYBODY. Great work”
2
Responsive and effective communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the legal process
“Civil litigation can seem lengthy & wearisome. Elman Law Group truly cares & makes sure their clients are able to understand the rather complex legal process.”
3
Willingness to take on challenging cases and fight aggressively to obtain maximum compensation for clients
“I was transferred to this law firm from another in 2021 where my case finally was settled December 2023. This law firm added copious amounts of litigation costs and said I had to sign and agree to them because I had no choice.”
Cons
1
Unprofessional and rude behavior from some staff members, particularly receptionists, that can negatively impact the client experience
“Anthony elman is an amazing attonrney!!! But on the other Hand his receptionist is very mean and nasty. If you need information on your case DO NOT TALK TO GENISIS. She doesn't like to answer questions and when she does she is very nasty about it.”
2
Lack of clear and effective communication between the office, attorneys, and clients, leading to lost documents and confusion
“Had to send documents relevant to my case multiple times to the office b/c they were either lost or not organized. Seems like the office has a lot of staff turnover because I talked to multiple clerks and lawyers in my personal injury case that had no idea what was happening and weren't at the office by the end.”
3
Concerns about the firm's ethical practices, including accusations of racism, discrimination, and prioritizing profits over client interests
“Racist, unprofessional, tacky, unorganized and discrimination is big here!!! They will treat you as you are less then and will destroy your case be careful and mindful.”
