Michael Goldberg is a terrible attorney. He is unskilled and does not care about his clients. He does not keep his clients informed. He is very difficult to reach and does not return his phone calls. He assigned my case to an associate who was terrible. He had to fire this attorney in the middle of my case.He then assigned me to a young associate who just joined the firm. She had very little experience and could not address my concerns. He grossly over bills for doing very little work. He was never prepared for any conference or hearing. Under no set of circumstances would like hire this attorney.

I am a landlord who had a tenant that has not renewed the lease. I had contacted Chuhak & Tecson and they responded that the situation can be resolved in 3 months. I provided them with all the information that the tenant had not renewed the lease. I terminated them as my attorney after One and a half years of not resolving the issue and was piled with attorney fees. I had to find another attorney to take the case who finished in less than six months. A word of warning: read every contract very carefully that they present to you. There are many hidden fees that are in favor of themselves. A horrible overall experience. I have lost both my time and money. I hope my experience will help you a little. Thank you.

Michael Goldberg represented us in getting visitation of our granddaughter. Our daughter had died of cancer 9 months after giving birth to our granddaughter. For several years I was a primary care giver of our granddaughter, her father met someone else and our relationship fell apart and eventually we were denied visitation. Having searched for attorneys locally without any success in retaining one, my husband went on line to search for an attorney that had dealt with grandparent's visitation and came across Mike. Mike promptly called my husband on a Friday night when we were out to dinner and met with us shortly there after. Mike is extremely knowledgeable on grandparent's rights having written the statutes. His extensive knowledge of grandparent's rights was quite evident in the courtroom when he faced the opposing attorney and his knowledge of the case laws were impeccable. He is generally prompt in getting back to you, and there were even times on weekends when we would be in communication and also many evenings. I believe he would be truthful with anyone if he doesn't feel you have a case, and I feel he is a caring person that fights for your best interest.

Mike Goldberg and his team are professional, helpful and compassionate. We would recommend this practice to anyone who needs help. We are using them to gain permanent guardianship of our grandson that we raised his whole life. We really like they are fighting on our grandson's behalf and knowing what is in the best interest of him.
