Ronak Desai helped us during the sale of our property in Morton Grove, IL. He was approachable, responsive, and succinct in his communication which saved us a lot of time by not spinning unnecessary wheels! With his vast knowledge of the real estate market in Chicago and Illinois state law, he was quick to anticipate any underlying risks in the deal and/or the closing process and ensured proper risk-mitigation clauses/plans were included in the contract. I would highly recommend Ronak's services especially, when doing remote-closings because of the productive and efficient nature of his engagement!
