Xavier and the Borjas Law Group is an excellent organization to represent you. When my husband and I started this progress we didn't know how extensive it would have been. Upon the first consultation, Xavier made us feel as ease and went through step by step of what would be required of us. Due to the abrupt changes in immigration law, we were trying to get all our paper work done in time. Xavier even went out of his way and worked the weekend (A SUNDAY) to make sure I got my paperwork submitted on time. Now reminiscing, I can laugh at how my lawyer and I were in a coffee shop printing and organizing our paperwork. I am extremely grateful for the sacrifice and dedication that he put into my case even though he had other clients as well. He was also present every step of the way. Always answering my emails and calls in a prompt manner. What I admired about Xavier was that he was very "frank" and honest about everything, he didn't sugarcoat anything. He told us what we needed to work on. Right now I have my green card and my husband and I are extremely happy. You are a life saver, thank you so much.

My wife and I hired Xavier Borjas, to help us with the process of my wife receiving her green card, man was that a stressful time for us , but Xavier was there for us all the way, he helped us with things that you would not think a lawyer would help you with. Xavier would take our calls and emails like right away, and answer any question we had, no matter how stupid it sound, this lawyer was so supporting, and helped us to understand the interview process, and really made us feel at ease. We had a great experience with Gurney Law Group while selling our condo. Adam is extremely knowledgeable and responsive, and we appreciated him always taking the time to answer our questions (several times at late/weekend hours). Samantha is phenomenal - we have never sold a home before and she held our hand throughout the process. She patiently answered our many questions, she helped us get the closing documents signed and notarized, she stayed on the phone with us while we tried to get through to our mortgage company, etc. We highly recommend Gurney Law Group and are working with them again now for purchasing our new home.
