Easy to use site, timely response, and professional.

I would like to share my experience with Envoy Global. They recently handled my H1b visa petition. Envoy global has a user-friendly website that makes it easy to upload all the necessary documents. Their communication system is also very good as they reply to all inquiries in 24 hours. However, all of these are secondary as they dealt with my H1b process very unprofessionally. Initially, we filed for cap-gap H1b and they did not let me know that my petition was not even picked in the initial lottery until mid-July very close to my OPT expiry. After that, they recommended filing for cap-exempt H1B. They filed it 3 days before my i-94 expired. I paid for the premium processing to hear the determination soon but I got RFE in few days after filing. Envoy global took exactly 3 months to respond to RFE. During this time I was unable to work. (you can only imagine how difficult it is to live in the US without a job) Every time I asked them about when they would send the response to USCIS, they would assure me that they are taking their time to prepare the best possible response to RFE. They sent the response 1 day before the deadline. In the end, my petition was denied by USCIS. I was sent the denial letter and I was assured that Envoy global did absolutely nothing to respond to the RFE. The denial letter clearly states that their response was insufficient. The quality of their RFE response indicates that they left it until the last minute and they did not really take all these 3 months to produce “the best response possible”. The lesson I learned from this experience is that it is better to get an immigration attorney who you can actually talk to and meet face to face. Do not trust Envoy Global!
