Ms. Nikki did a great job of helping me. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel valued, even though I know she has many other clients. I manage a team of 50 agents, and if she worked in Dallas, I would hire her. Her exceptional customer service and respect really stood out, and I think she deserves a promotion.

I have had many speed bumps to get over on information needed to file my claim that has had me stressing out several times, but once I have gotten in touch with THL I always come out with most of my problems handled. Nikki has been very much helpful in aiding me with my complaint and never lets me go feeling like I’m clueless as to what to do next.
