My lawyer Susan answered the phone on Sunday of June 2020 and worked for me 6 months without being paid to get me money that was not even part of the case, and have helped me get a car, And helped me with other things that’s wasn’t part of my case,And encouraged and care just like I was family. You get what you pay for. I did like that a lot of their stuff was online. Answers when we needed them were slow to come by. My husband and i were self employed so i dont think we were the average bear. Situations changed and no longer needed to file. Never heard from them after that. Covid came in at the end of things and everything went haywire. I have been trying to contact them for a partial refund as we never filed Chapter 7..they have never called or emailed.
