“They don't respond they are terrible it's truly sad they are out here making your life harder and not easier. I've been calling and emailing nonstop since November no call back no email. NOTHING.”

Lack of transparency and consistency in handling cases
“You get what you pay for. I did like that a lot of their stuff was online. Answers when we needed them were slow to come by. My husband and i were self employed so i dont think we were the average bear. Situations changed and no longer needed to file. Never heard from them after that.”

Unethical practices such as fake reviews and not returning client money
“Literally run! these reviews are phony. The lawyer suzanne has clients write them prior to outcomes. I am filing an ARDC report because of the truly unethical behavior of these people. Eventually I will be filing suit against them, they are that bad!”
