After impulsively retaining a terrible criminal attorney to represent me in a $75,000 embezzlement case, I hired Dan and his partner Jeff through a recommendation to take over my case - they were both incredibly knowledgeable, non-judgemental and experienced dealing with white collar/financial crimes. Once Dan and Jeff stepped in, they were able to negotiate a much lower restitution, settle the pending civil suit, and proactively contact law enforcement to stop any charges from being filed against me. Before working with Dan, I was convinced that a felony charge was inevitable and I now have my life back. Dan was able to accomplish more for me in two weeks, then my prior attorney was able to do in 3 months. Would highly recommend Dan to anyone looking for a criminal attorney.

I hired Dan Hronek in 2009 for help with my DUI case. After being told by one lawyer I was more than likely getting a conviction Mr. Hronek helped me avoid probation and a conviction. Dan also made himself available to help with questions along the way, a real help. I highly recommend Mr. Hronek not only because of what he was able to do for me in my case, but also for how he did it. A real professional who cares about what he is doing.

In 2009 I was charged with a drug case and had another lawyer to represent me. After the first court date he wanted me to plead guilty to probation, but I didn't want the conviction because I'm still a student in college. I then hired Mr. Hronek to replace my previous lawyer, and he went in and filed a motion to dismiss and won it. My case was thrown out and I didn't have to get a conviction on my record or take probation. Mr. Hronek really fought for my case and I'm sure that if I hadn't called him I would probably still be on probation today.
