I wrote in a request for advice (we were having trouble getting an ADIT stamp). Nestor was upfront and honest that there wasn't anything he (or any lawyer) could do for us in our particular situation, but gave us advice in how to approach the USCIS staff. We were able to get our stamp that allowed us to return to the country. Appreciate the advice!
