I would highly recommend Milla & Associates! Our attorney Justin was highly qualified and knowledgeable about Chicago immigration. With Covid all the communication was done virtually after our initial meeting and he was still on point with all documentation making sure we did not overlook anything. I had a problem with my h1b visa so I sent a detailed background email to this attorney. When I went to the office, he didn't read the email nor the documents and of course no preparations at all. I had to retell the story and he just provided some quick suggestions briefly. I can't believe that easy conversation could cost hundreds of dollars.

He helped us secure an H1B visa for our Technical Co-Founder, and went above and beyond through preparation of materials, explaining the process, answering a million follow-up questions (that's an understatement), taking the time to meet and discuss contingencies when he absolutely didn't have to, helping us file a complete Request-for-Evidence (RFE) and not charging us for the additional work, and ultimately, helping us secure the H1B in the end.
