If you don't have a super easy case for these guys to just sleep through, they won't do anything for you, Malman sat on my case for 7 months and then just called up one day and told me they were withdrawing from the case because quote: it's just not out area of expertise unquote. So 7 months of my time wasted and this is a work injury case, the same as you see them boasting about on tv all the time, get a real outfit to take your case not these slacks and get some real results. They play lawyers on TV.
