I was in a nursing home for 4 months due to caterax...legally blind. I suffered from neglect, sat in my own waste for hours and developed open sores and had to be put in the ER for infection in my bloodstream. Three UTI’s cause by neglect. I called this firm and explained my situation and they pretty much told me they didn’t seem life threatening enough to take my case. This place is complete BS!!!
