After over a year of working with another law firm, they told us our father's nursing home case was not worth pursuing. I was frustrated and ready to give up, but saw a Malman Law television ad, and I decided to reach out to them in a last-ditch effort. Smart move on my behalf! Not only did Malman Law take on my case, they encouraged me that the case was strong, and asked me to trust the process. They informed me upfront that the case would take some time to play out, but they were confident in the merits of our lawsuit. Malman Law's professionalism was excellent, communication throughout the process was timely and accurate, and the outcome was better than we ever imagined. On top of everything, even though Malman Law is a "big city" law firm, everyone was wonderfully personable, and I felt as though I was a valued client. I contacted Malman Law almost a year after my Mother died in a very miserable way due to a bedsore that eventually took her life due to sepsis and increasingly necrotic tissue that advanced due to severe neglect. I was not the typical individual from the very beginning dealing with Malman Law. I was not easy to deal with... primarily because I was very conflicted about suing because I was not entirely sure if it was the correct thing to do.... after all, my Mother was gone and suing for money was not going to bring her back. I was very angry at the Nursing homes she had been in and out of . I just wanted them to never do this to anyone else again. I was assigned an attorney named Jason Kellerman who endured a lot from me! I called him constantly for updates and probably drove him crazy. He became a Dad 2x while handling my Mothers case and honestly , he never missed a beat. He was so patient with me and my anxiety and frustration about this suit. In the end, the case was settled and I have mixed emotion to this day about monetary gain for what happened to my Mother...HOWEVER, I am extremely pleased with how Malman handled the case and frankly, ME. I was terribly conflicted and they really were patient with me. Malman Law was professional and also sympathetic and caring. It is never easy when filing a wrongful death lawsuit and they pretty much held my hand through the process. I wholeheartedly recommend Malman Law .

I agree.... very unprofessional... they had Lavin and Perconti help, and they wanted me to collect all details and papers, while I went through chemotherapy!

This past weekend in Pilsen, I attended the first ever Driver's License Reinstatement Expo at Fiesta De Sol to get the opportunity to get my license reinstated. The process was super easy and all costs were covered by Malman Law.
