Overall, the process was good; the communication needs improvement from the attorneys. The case took a little time due to different specifics, and was passed to several attorneys due to their schedules and case loads. Once, Attorney Tiffany Alberty took over the case, there was excellent service and communication. Attorney Alberty took full committment and handled the case effectively all the way through resolution. If there is any advice given to other clients, I recommend to have a little patience as the case, etc. can be emotional, but Attorney Alberty provides ease as she has great work ethic and a strong stance and representation. Overall, my family and I's expereince with Malman because of Attorney Tiffany Alberty was great concluding five stars.
