I want to Thank Steve and Dan (and everyone else who worked on my case) for helping get me a settlement where it seemed none was possible. Hit squarely in the face with a chunk of concrete through my car windshield on I-80 in late june, it seemed at first nothing could be done to help me. It was late at night and there were no witnesses, the terrifying incident broke every bone in my face and destroyed my left eye. I called Malman and Steve himself was there in a matter of hours. With experience in such cases, he knew finding the rock's real perptrator was about as likely as...well, getting hit in the face by a rock in the first place. But his experience didn't end there. Using a different interpretation of uninsured motorist, he actually managed to get me a modest settlement, against plenty of obstacles along the way. And beyond his competence he and Dan actually cared for me and my wife. They even patiently explained the vagaries and pecidillos oe the law as I fretted every step. along the way. This is a law firm that I strongly DO NOT recommend that anyone hires. This law firm with Robert Briskman is very unprofessional and tends to ignore or avoid answering question for clients. I astounded that this law firm is still in business. In my opinion, this law firm completely unreliable and lacks the understanding and desire to help their clients who need help. Do yourself a favor and move on, there are plenty of good attorneys out there and Briskman & Briskman is not one them.
