I am not sure what the point was of having a middleman secretary harass me with phone calls (called three times in a row, texted twice, called me again a few hours later), desperate to get me to call them back, only to do nothing but verify the exact information I'd already sent them and put me on hold to "ask one of the lawyers" if they would take the case, and then tell me the lawyer said they didn't want the case. Can the lawyer not simply read the details of the case themselves and send a polite email? We wouldn't have wasted either of our time.
