Do not be misguided by 2600+ reviews. You can’t reach them, they put you on hold, tell you they would call back, but never do. I had to call 3 times to remind them. Their “intake team” isn’t efficient, you simply can’t reach. And if you do, you are on hold and told to be called back. But they won’t. Could be because they didn’t find my case any interesting. It would be ethical to say it.
