To make a long story short, my ex kidnapped, my children from Mexico, when it comes to the Hague convention, there is not a better attorney than Anthony Joseph. Not only did Anthony get my children returned to Mexico he told me he would get my children returned before Christmas, which he did. Anthony’s results were world-class in the sense that he overperformed what he was paid for because I never stepped foot into the courtroom and we won the case on a summary judgment. I am overjoyed with my results with this law firm. If you are in an international child abduction scenario you need to contact Anthony. My ex thought this case was all fun and games until the judge threatened to issue a warrant for her arrest. I told my ex before this case started, my attorney was going to spank this case like a bad child which he did.

I had Erin handle my divorce case as well as anything having to do with my daughter and she was amazing! As theyve said before they do a great job and are firm on what they believe is morally correct and fight for their customer they let you express your concerns and listen to you. I highly recommend Erin if I have to go back to court shes the first id call.

I started off bad in court. I didn’t know what I was doing nor have I ever been divorce. Plus I am from Virginia and I have to hire and trust someone that I can’t talk to in person. The cost of the lawyers because I couldn’t afford one was so high I was so stressed out. Then I met Hailey Mcgillvray with Master Lawfirm The cost was so affordable they even sent me detail receipt's. Everyone there was extremely nice and professional. They even sent detail receipts. There team work is remarkable on keeping me up to date when Hailey was going to call me. Normally the staff would fill you in wants going on. Not Hailey she wanted to tell you everything personal. I felt she was my sister and that has my back. Every conversation I had with her I already knew I was going to win. To me it’s not just a job to her she really shows she cares. I sent her an email so early in the morning “ not meaning so early I didn’t want to forget” so she would have it and she replied so fast I was like WOW. Her compassion for her job is unbelievable. She was so good my husband that filed withdrew from it he didn’t want to challenge her. The bad news that I didn’t get to meet Hailey in person. Thank you Hailey and Master Law firm for everything you did for me your are the best.

Erin was assigned guardian ad litem in our custody case. We were trying to move my nephew out of a bad environment. We shared texts, phone records, voice messages and numerous accounts from family members, against the other sides' pure heresay and quick house cleaning. Erin favored the other side. Now my heart breaks as I watch my nephew suffer in his environment every day. Everything about my 8 year old is different; he is barely a kid anymore and the thought of repairing the psychological damage he's enduring right now feels impossible. We trusted that Erin would be careful about her judgement of a child in danger, but I honestly feel she was easily manipulated by my mentally ill sister. We lost faith in the justice system after this case. I don't recommend this lawyer because my honest opinion is that she is not careful or serious enough with other people's lives. She didn't even respond to an email with evidence she requested, leaving me to feel guilty wondering if I should have pestered her and if it could have made a difference in my nephew's life. Overall, I think she's unprofessional and a HUGE gamble if your case isn't completely straight forward.

Hague Convention SuperHeroes We found Anthony after nearly a year of one road-block after another and no one seeming to know what we could do to get our son back after his mother kidnapped him from Germany.
