Thank God for Renu Thamman! Ms. Thamman helped me get out of a very serious, sticky situation with IDES. I called quite a few attorneys before I spoke with Ms. Thamman. She was the only one to believe me and to be willing to take on my case. And I am just forever grateful. With her help, we were able to prove to IDES, that the overpayment was due to no fault in my own, and was due to an error on their end. Ms. Thamman stayed by my side throughput the whole process and fought for me. And I am so thankful to say, my overpayment has been waived and Im feeling such a relief.
