I met Josh. Being under unusual Court circumstances. And was in pretty deep. I hired Josh. Not only did he get me out of my situation promptly. But for a more than reasonable fee. He was referred to me, and will continue to refer him. Thank you Josh!

I was charged/framed for a serious crime, my family and I were at a loss as to how we would find a good lawyer. Everyone thought that I would go to prison. My family found Joshua B. Kutnick, and they hired him. Frankly, I was not certain that he would be able to win my case, yet I waited for the results. Prior to the trial date, he invested/worked as though he was a brother or father to me, within this cruel world I realized that humility still lives. On the day of trial, my nerves were wrecked. He went in and WOW! my case was dismissed, with no penalties. I was speechless, as was everyone else with the results. That was all due to the hard work and prowess of Joshua Kutnick, this honorable man has 18 years of experience under his belt. I normally don’t write lengthy reviews, however, I know that nobody’s absolutely perfect, everyone faces is accused once, if you’re charged, the most beneficial things you could have would be this lawyer. Thus, use him to your benefit. Do not assign a lawyer with a lack of background/experience who will only feed you empty promises, to get hold of your money, which will result in a bad outcome. Kutnick's defense (serving probono) in the epic Illinois Eavesdropping Case involved a street artist/activist. Under the law facing 4-15 years in prison for a Class 1 Felony. The results were favorable and instrumental in the overturn of the Law and the client freed. I consulted with Josh in my involvement which was videotaping during the arrest. Josh handled the case with knowledge and dedication to the issues. I highly recommend him for his professionalism. He speaks in a way you can understand, honest, and supportive.

Write a review about my attorney!!! We'll let me just say that Mr Kutnick is a very excellent attorney and one hell of a nice guy. I'd bet we would be really good friends if we were neighbors. Josh not only took on my case, but came to my wife's rescue when small town cops got over excited and got carried away with themselves. He always kept himself on a even keel, and never surgar coated the situation. Being a Chicago carpenter and my wife a laborer also from a Chicago union hall, Josh never talked down to us. I've had Josh represent me in several cases through out the years and he has never disappointed me. I've had cases ranging from possession to DUI and Josh is always the first one i call when any legal matters arise. Recently i caught my second DUI case and it was a long process but we went all the way to trial and Josh beat the charges. He also was there and beat the first DUI. Josh is very talented and is very knowledgeable in his profession. He always sticks to the fact and will tell you how it really is.
