Overall not a good experience. Was attempting to file chapter 7 bankruptcy and submitted all required paperwork in October. A month later I still have no updates. On a business aspect it’s never good to tell a consumer you are going to do something and not do it. So I highly would not recommend you to file here if you are looking to file bankruptcy and looking to do it in a timely manner.

Mr White is great. He will work with you. To me you could not ask for anything more. If you need a lawyer for your bankruptcy need please go to Mr White. He will get it down for you.

Vaughn helped us close on our home last year which is why I’m giving him 2 stars. But, come to find out the previous home owner replaced the fencing without the HOA knowledge or properly permitting the project. Now it does not meet their “standards”, resulting in fines and potentially paying for a new fence out of pocket. I’ve made multiple attempts to involve Vaughn, after several attempts I was able to speak with him. The last I’ve heard was he was going to look into it with the title company. Today, I received another violation fee. Vaughn was recommended by our broker and as I mentioned to her I hope she doesn’t ever recommend him. Seems to me that he collected the small lawyer fee for closing and doesn’t care to help out any more.

Really amazing service! They made sure to keep me up to date on my case and were honest with me about it. They walked me through the entire process and made sure I understood everything I was confused about.
