Attorney Uche literally saved my life! I was charged with a DUI last year and it was a nightmare because if I had lost the case I would have lost my commercial driver's license, which basically was the only source of support for my family. Attorney Uche came highly recommended and I immediately retained him. Before the trial, Attorney Uche gave me a crash course in DUI and by the time he was done, I pretty much understood everything he was trying to accomplish in terms of winning my case. By the time the trial came around, Attorney Uche was a superstar in the courtroom! Attorney Uche got the police officer, who was a Chicago police sergeant, to admit that he was not really experienced in performing DUI investigations. Attorney Uche also got the judge to believe that the cause of my so called DUI symptoms could have been the result of a possible concussion from an accident I had been in six hours before being pulled over. Attorney Uche is nothing short of a rock star and I owe my not guilty verdict to him!!

Attorney Nenye E. Uche, in my opinion, is one of the best Chicago criminal attorneys out there! My family sought the assistance of Attorney Uche when my younger brother was charged with harboring a runway. Basically, my younger brother was arrested for using our home as a hiding place for his girlfriend who at the time was having problems with her family. During this difficult process, Attorney Uche was very patient with us and took the time, as well as many phone calls to answer our many questions. We all thought my brother was going to jail because he had made a confession to the police. However during the trial, Attorney Uche got the detective to admit that my brother had not yet committed an offense because he had hidden his girlfriend for 47 hours as opposed to the required 48 hours needed for an offense to be committed. Because of this technical error, the judge found my brother NOT GUILTY! We were pleasantly surprised with Attorney Uche’s technical talents!!

Last year, I was involved in an accident. To make matters worse by the time the police were done with their investigation, I was arrested for a DUI and as a result, my driver’s license was suspended. Fighting the case seemed like it would be a struggle because the prosecution had testimony from a motorist who told the police that I was drunk when she came to my aid and also because this was an accident, I felt the judge would be much harder and quicker to judge me. Attorney Uche agreed to take my case and was immediately very assuring about a positive outcome. He prepared with me and was very dedicated to my case. During the trial, Attorney Uche made the police officer admit that the DUI symptoms he claimed he observed on me could have been the result of a concussion from the accident. By the time Attorney Uche was done with the police officer, I did not even need to take the witness stand. The judge found me not guilty and my driver’s license was returned to me. Without any doubt in my mind I sincerely recommend Attorney Uche!
