Over the last 10 years, I have come to the conclusion that: 1. Attorneys that are good at writing contracts aren't good with their time & communication. 2. Attorneys that are good with their time and communication, are not good with writing contracts. Donata has redefined this assumption. She is one of the best contract writers I have ever worked with; every word has a purpose in the agreement. She also takes the time to understand what's truly needed in a contract as well as explains in plain english what each section of the contract means. I can not express enough how much I have enjoyed my experience with Donata. She will continue to be my go-to attorney for all of my company's contract needs.
