I’ve done business with Robert J Adams and associates a couple of times over the years and I highly recommended them. I thought the experience would be stressful, but it was the total opposite. Mr. Adams, Tina and his other associates are professional, courteous and very informative. There’s no need for constant communication because from day one they have everything where it needs to be. You leave their office confident and stress free. I will keep them in mind in case a family member or friend finds themselves in the same situation. Thank you Mr Adams and Tina.

I like to thank Mr. Adams for helping me with the process of my chapter 7 to get my license back. It was suspended for 12 years. Drew the tickets. He was very informative and guided me the whole way to deal with the city of Chicago. The divorce process is a difficult journey. Ms. Beck and Ms. Cozzette made sure to explain every step along the way. They were thorough with all the paperwork and answered the thousand questions I had. They made this process easier knowing I had 2 very knowledgeable women behind me. I am an indigent and disabled person. Due to my disability I receive SSI since. Due to the fact that I had a large amount of Chicago Parking Tickets and other debts, I went to Robert J Adams & Associates to file a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. I made an initial payment of $450 out of my SSI benefits check and agreed to pay $75.00 on the 15th of every month. Communication with the attorneys and other personnel was very poor. Whenever I called Robert J Adams & Associates, I would get the receptionist and she would always transfer me to the Attorney's voicemails. Only numerous occasions the Attorneys failed to return any of my phone calls. Later I was told that SSI Benefits couldn't be used to file a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. However in February of 2018 the Attorneys of Robert J Adams charged me an initial fee of $450.00 and made arrangements with me to pay $75 on the 15th of every month. The Attorneys were aware that my only income was SSI, and I provided a Social Security Benefits Letter to them. In December of 2018 then in August of 2019 Robert J Adams & Associates presented a motion to dismiss my Case for Failure to Make Plan Payments. In August of 2019 an Ordered was filed Dismissing my Case without any communication from my Attorneys. The Chapter 13 Bankruptcy is still active in the three Credit Bureaus and none of my debtors were paid.
