I recently closed on a condo with Aaron as my attorney. This was a fast closing and Aaron was very responsive and on top of any potential issues. He's compassionate and easy to work with. Extremely pleased with the work he's done.

Aaron did an amazing job and he went above and beyond to make my deal happen! I have been on both sides of many closings and the last one that Aaron handled for me as a seller was quite challenging. I am very opinionated and strong-willed, but I met my match in an obstinate buyer. The buyer's actions caused us to have to negotiate up until the last moment, He was also beginning to frustrate his own broker and attorney. Aaron held my hand throughout the entire process and calmly walked me through my options and all of the pros and cons each step of the way. Finally in the 11th hour, the buyer became ridiculous and Aaron advised me that it was time to play "hardball". He took charge when he needed to and the buyer finally became reasonable and we closed the deal. If it wasn't for Aaron, I honestly probably would have blown up the deal earlier because the buyer was so exasperating to work with the entire time. Instead, I am now content with the extraordinary deal that Aaron negotiated. I look forward to using him again with my next home!
