Meyer Law is the complete opposite of every "small business-focused" attorney I've worked with yet: very knowledgeable in all the legal work needed for fundraising rounds and other small business matters, surprisingly quick in getting me useful and thoughtful legal responses and very fair in charging for the actual time it took to get things done. As a start-up entrepreneur I have been through a handful of lawyers that claim they specialize in helping small businesses and navigating the many legal challenges of fundraising rounds. Until I started working with Meyer Law, I always felt let down by attorney's capabilities, response time and high fees for what sometimes seemed to be boilerplate work. Not Meyer Law.
