I had a misdemeanor battery arrest that had shown up in my in my pre-employment background check. My new employer requested a copy of the certified disposition within a very tight timeframe. Living out of state, my only option was to fly over to Chicago to retrieve the disposition. Panicking, i decided to email Andrew at around midnight after reading a plethora of good reviews. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response from him almost immediately. After an initial consultation, which required him going to the courthouse and verifying that my matter was indeed expungeable, he contacted me the next day. Not only did he submitted the paperwork for expungement almost immediately, but he also offered to send me a copy of the disposition and write a letter to my new employer explaining the contents of it just in case they get lost in deciphering all the illinois-specific legal jargon.
