I was extremely fortunate to have found Ben Kailin and Firm Equity after being named in a Malibu Media Lawsuit. After contacting a few other law firms, I felt Ben seemed to really understand how to deal with Malibu Media. He took on my case and was able to negotiate a settlement I could live with. The initial offer from the plaintiff was way more than I could afford to pay. It took him several weeks of back and forth negotiating before he was able to bring the settlement amount down to an acceptable level. I’m not sure the modest fee he charged even covered the time he spent on my case. He is truly the friendliest yet fiercest lawyer around. If you are ever unlucky enough to be involved in something like this, definitely call Ben and Firm Equity.
