Michelle, the front desk is great, communicative and professional. Marlo, eventually after constant follow up, helped me out a bunch too and walked me through the legal process.
Only recommendation is to be more communicative with your potential clients (and/or WSJC needs to bring more staff)

If you have a loved one in custody call them as soon as they get arrested for free and works everytime they have good communication and im very happy with them !
