I am very pleased with the representation by Mitchell Sexner & Associates. Ari Trubitt who represented me from this office did an outstanding job with preparing me for trial and we received the outcome we sought...NOT GUILTY ON ALL COUNTS. I wasn't guilty of the what I was being accused of anyway, but my situation wound up in court and I needed principled, steady, effective representation from a competent law firm, and that's what I received. Ari called me each week to check on my well-being and inquired if I had any questions or concerns. He made time to meet with me at a time that was convenient for me. His humor often time lightened the mood inasmuch as I was weighed down mentally from this case and what it would do to my career had it not gone my way. Ari was professional, punctual, prepared, and persistent. More importantly, he truly believed I was innocent of my charge and prosecuted my case with this fact in mind. We contacted Sexner & Associates after reading their reviews (being one of 12 different advertisements we had received in the mail). My daughter had been ticketed for driving 30 mph over the limit, and could have received a misdemeanor on her record, so it was made clear that she needed a lawyer to represent her, and deal with the city she was ticketed in. We received a call from Mitch initially, he was very professional and courteous, asking questions to ensure he understood the entire picture, and shared information about his colleague who would be contacting us over the next few days. Within a day we received a call from Ari Trubitt, who was another excellent representation of their law firm, and he had all of the details of her ticket and background information on recall-we discussed how to proceed with her court date, how he would act on her behalf, and what she should do to prepare. We spoke with him a few times in between the date, and on the day of court he was able to discuss options with the prosecutor from the village and agree upon a reduced penalty and ticket status. We would recommend Sexner & Associates, and specifically Ari Trubitt, if you need effective representation with your serious traffic citation. After procrastinating for several months, I called Mitch for the first time the night before a scheduled court date and he was able to line up a great attorney at the last minute to represent me the following morning. Fast forward several years and he helped with successfully getting the charges expunged.

Mitchell was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of hiring an attorney for this case without pushing into either direction. Mary Baccam was my attorney and she was very competent in explaining all the options and subsequent outcomes of the case. She patiently went over in explaining why ' to plea not guilty' was the best course of action and how to best represent my case. And it was a success! She was welcoming and humane in her representation and yet highly professional and competent.
