From the moment I first contacted Mitchell Sexner & Associates and was greeted professionally by Sami, I was forwarded directly to Mitchell himself who took my call and qualified my need for his company's services for a Traffic Attorney. He listened, estimated my chances with and without legal representation, then I made my own decision that it was not worth the chance of hurting my driving record to do this on my own. I was assigned to Attorney Mary Baccam and she was courteous, professional, quick and efficient. She got me to the front of the line of a busy courtroom day with approximately 50-70 people waiting. She counseled me and guided me through this process prior to appearing before the judge and we were able to achieve our agreed upon desired results. Would I use their services again? You bet I would! Mary was fantastic, she knows the system and understand the risks to you the client and guides them accordingly. This firm of very nice people has helped me out. The attorneys at Mitchell Sexner knew about a recent change in the law, while an attorney at a different firm that I consulted with, did not. Mr. Sexner's office was excellent at communicating with me and answering my questions.They called to confirm all appointments. The attorneys were 100% reliable about coming to meetings and court, on time, so I didn't have to stand alone.

One of the best decisions I made recently was to hire Mitchell Sexner and Associates. Recently, while driving down 355, I was pulled over by a state trooper for speeding in excess of the posted limit. In a matter of 5 minutes, the trooper gave me two warnings and two tickets. The worst was for speeding 26-34 mph which was recently changed to a Class B Misdemeanor, punishable up to 6 months in jail and $2500 in fines. While I did not agree with all of the citations, I could not deny that I was speeding. Now forced to appear in court, I knew that I would need a good attorney. I researched this law firm based on their reputation and it paid off. My fines were reduced to $280 and the speeding ticket was now classified as a petty offence. Talk about peace of mind. Even better yet, the attorney did all of the negotiating on my behalf. I would highly recommend this law firm. They were forthright and upfront and told me I had an uphill battle but in the end, they rocked and rolled. Thank you Mitchell Sexner and Associates, and Mary Bacaam for outstanding results.

Mitch Sexner and all the other lawyers at this firm are incredibly helpful and experienced. They helped me with some traffic tickets here in the past, and I wouldn't use any other attorneys now because they are straightforward, have reasonable fees and payment plans, and they are a good team of attorneys with experience in various types of cases. I would recommend this firm because the lawyers make sure you know what to expect, they work hard for you, and don't overcharge! They will work with your schedule & budget. Give their office a call and you will be glad you did!
