“Not all heroes wear capes.” First, let us say that it’s very difficult for us to write this review for several reasons. Not because we have anything bad to say about this firm, but because we cannot do so without crying. Like many of you, Diane struggles with a debilitating disability. In addition to the struggles that that brings, she’s been burdened with the financial implications that such a struggle entails. And when all hope of being able to return to work was diminished, she had to make the difficult decision(s) that many of you have had to make. She felt helpless and hopeless. And that brought on a whole other set of challenges, but then we were introduced to Attorney Meredith Marcus and all hope was restored. Assured and confident, she assisted us in a battle that we were sure to lose. It is a daunting task to face “systems” that are determined to see you fail and it’s because of this, that you will need someone by your side who knows how to navigate them, successfully. Robert Tarlock and Daley Disability Law did a fantastic job on my disability case. Mr. Tarlock never gave up even though the case lasted 4 1/2 years.
