I have worked with Mike on many real estate transactions and found him to be knowledgeable, experienced and communicative. When reaching out Mike is always immediately responsive and clear in his answers. I like that he knows nuances that help clarify gray areas in the complicated arena of real estate law. He is among the best.

I work with Michael on a monthly basis. Originally, I hired Michael to represent me as a buyer at a real estate closing, but he has become my "go to" attorney for almost anything I need. I also refer many real estate clients to him as I am a real estate broker, and all of my clients sing his praises. Michael is an attorney you want on your side. 1) He is always available to talk, email or text. This is not very common amongst attorneys, especially real estate attorneys. 2) He is a problem-solver. Several times, he has come up with solutions to problems that no one else considered. 3) Michael is a man of integrity. Quite simply, I trust him and my clients do too. I recommend him without hesitation.
