I wanted to have an all black team for my 2nd home purchase and went on the hunt. I reached out to Alexis via phone once my offer was accepted and somehow was never able to connect. I left a vm first thing Monday morning (8/8) and received a return call later that afternoon. I was at work and returned the missed call a couple of hours later. When I first called, the phone rang several times (more than what seemed normal) before the vm even picked up. But I figured that was because no one was in the office that early. When I returned the missed call, the same thing occurred only someone finally answered. It didn’t sound like the woman that left me the vm so when I spoke to whomever answered the phone, I explained the above. She proceeded to put me on hold for several minutes - so long I almost forgot I was on a phone call. I don’t even remember hold music. I eventually disconnected and called back and the phone probably rang a dozen times and no one answered - nor did the vm pick up. Sure - I could of tried again another day, but I also feel like being placed on an extended hold without letting me know who or what I was waiting for wasn’t appropriate. Anyways - the reviews convinced me to reach out but my brief experience was enough for me to move on.
